What happened

A pallet approaching station 2700 got hung up on the ondeck station prior to a pallet stop Employee states the line faulted and she saw the proximity switch flashing The employee reached down to clean a prox switch to help advance the stuck pallet During this process the employees finger was pinched by the pallet stop when it actuated
