Assisting resident to bathroom

What happened

Employee was assisting a resident to the bathroom. While the resident was walking he started shaking. Employee was trying to turn resident walker around so he can seat. Resident sat on walker but not back enough on the seat and started to slide off walker. Employee hurt her self try to keep the resident from falling to the floor.
