WHILE EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO PUT A CRATE BACK ONTO THE TRUCK IN THE RECEIVING AREA HE SLIPPED AND LANDED ON A MILK CRATE THAT WAS ALREADY ON THE GROUND. EE SUSTAINED A CONTUSIONS AND SCRAPES TO HIS LEFT ARM AND LEFT SIDE.
