Before the incident

Employee was attempting to make a home visit . Approached the home porch awaiting on answer at the door.

What happened

When employee approached the house there were 3 dogs on leaches close to the porch & on side of the house . Employee walked onto the porch the dogs were calm & once she knocked on the porch they became rowdy. The client did not answer the door. The dogs became rowdier & 2 dogs were able to jump on the porch. Employee walked to the other side of the porch & jumped off the ramp and fell.

Injury or illness

Employee received deep cuts to both knees left ankle and right hand. Woulds cleaned and bandaged at the ER; a tetanus shot was also given to the employee.
