Employee was putting a line back into the embossing roller. When he opened the machine guard he neglected to wait for the rollers to stop before placing his hand in to maneuver the strap.

When employee placed his gloved hand into the embossing roller (while still running) the roller grabbed his glove pulling his fingers into the machine.

Right middle finger laceration (nail included) and minimal laceration to right ring finger.
