Employee was moving crates (one at a time) approx 24# in the cooler transferring from a pallet to a dolly. The Left elbow was starting to ache and built to a sharp pain in approx 1 hour. Employee thought he could rest the elbow overnight and it would feel better however he returned to work and the pain continues to ache- he is trying not to aggravate fruther by heavy lifting [REDACTED].
