What happened

Employee was in the backroom putting away deli dry supplies. There was a bakery rack infront of the shelf she was needing to put things in the rack was missing a wheel which [REDACTED] didnt know. When she moved the rack it fell onto its side and landed on her outside of her left food affecting the smallest toe and side of her foot.
