Before the incident

Employee was leaving the AOL pod with totes to load a vehicle.

What happened

Employee was walking backwards down the ramp of the AOL pod with totes on a cart to go load a vehicle. As he stepped off the ramp a truck was rolling forward to park for loading. Employee stepped backwards in front of the rear tire of the truck.
