What happened

While on a step ladder the employee reached down to grab a item of stocking cart and either his had lost his grip or his foot slipped and he fell off the step ladder. He injured his head hitting it on a shelf shoulder and chin were injured while falling. No concussion no broken bones bruising on chin and shoulder and needed staples on his head.
