Before the incident

moving the case of pork butt to the flatbed cart

What happened

the pallet was on the cooler floor and when she went to go pick up the case of pork butt the pork butt moved in the pork butt moved in the case and had her shifting. she did not want to drop it on the floor so she lifted it up and got it on to the cart. which then strained her back.
