[REDACTED] was helping a technician load a oxygen bottle on the oxygen servicing cart when the servicing cart moved and the bottle fell backwards towards him. He was supporting the oxygen bottle with his left hand when it fell back towards him and overextended his left arm. His felt his arm pop when it overextended.
