We were cleaning the patient and we had to move him from the bed to the chair because he hadn 't been up all day

What happened

I was helping move patient 304 several times throughout the day. The incident in which caused me the most pain was around [REDACTED] when I was helping move the patient from the bed to the chair with 4 other staff. I notified charge RN and RTM.
