ED report states [EE] 's knee twisted when he was attempting to restrain someone stealing tools in the hospital parking ramp. He was pulling person from behind and then knee locked up popped and slipped. He has been able to ambulate on it but painful especially superomedial aspect of knee. No numbness or tingling. No other injuries from altercation.
