What happened

Driver was making a delivery at [REDACTED] when they stepped on a water meter access hole which slipped and caused them to twist their ankle. The driver experienced pain on right leg and ankle. Weather was clear and sunny windy and about 50 degrees outside. Driver started shift at [REDACTED] and was about 70% through their delivery route. Drivers are now taught not to deliver by walking across grass or lawns and 10% of drivers are audited daily on delivery process
