Before the incident

On [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was in a trailer climbing down from the cabinets that were stacked. His right foot got caught on the corner of a cabinet box and he fell to the floor of the trailer landing on his right knee and left wrist. This was witnessed by [REDACTED] and reported to [REDACTED]. He saw the on-site CNP [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] who sent him for an xray. The xray showed he does have a frature to his right patella. [REDACTED] is on restrictions that will be accommodated and he has been referred to Orthopedics.
