What happened

staff member helped me pull the bed out but didn 't realize as she was moving the stretcher that I was not cleared out of the way and because my back was to her I couldn 't see that I wasn 't cleared and subsequently the pointed end of the side rail on the stretcher hit the left side center of my back and scrapped to my side
