I was washing the instruments from the morning in the basin filled with water and bodily fluids. I reached in with my gloved right hand when I felt a poke. I pulled my hand back and saw straight pick handing from my R hand middle finger. I removed it from my finger and when I took my glove of there was blood coming from a small hole in my finger.
