What happened

I was standing and a student raised their hand I went to help but in the process twisted my left ankle. Pain was about a 2 until I left and was driving home then it shot up to a 10. My ankle was swollen & bruised within a couple hours.

Sprained my left ankle when I got home yesterday it was really swollen & bruised. The pain was really severe once I got home so that 's when I went to the ER.
