Per employee description. [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] EE was pulling in a mother roll to the vestibule with the electric pallet jack and as EE was turning it to go in the pallet jack jerk back when stopped to proceed forward and it ran over EEs foot the front Part of EEs shoe bent back forcing the steel toe portion of my shoe to press into EEs foot. Reported later in the day after the incident occurred.
