What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately 1039 hours [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was assigned the to the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] as a Driver. Mr. [REDACTED] was enroute to stack 314 to discharge his empty container. While traveling through stack 214 Mr. [REDACTED] hit a pothole in the vicinity of [REDACTED]. Mr. [REDACTED] indicated his lower back began to hurt once he hit the pothole. He discharged his container and drove the vessel and notified the AOM assigned to his vessel. Mr. [REDACTED] was transported to [REDACTED] hospital via EMS
