[REDACTED] was working on [REDACTED] and went to transfer a box from the conveyor to the finished goods pallet. As the [REDACTED] grabbed the box and slid it towards the edge of the conveyor the box was passed the half way point and slipped out of the left hand. The [REDACTED] attempted to catch the box with the right hand at that point [REDACTED] felt a pain on the right shoulder.
