Before the incident
I was getting off my hi-lo and stepped down onto uneven pavement with my left foot. My ankle twisted and I fell to the ground. My ankle started swelling right away. I got up and went to sit down so that I could ice my ankle. After about 20 minutes of icing the swelling was not going down and the pain was increasing.
