Before the incident

I was coming back from my break there was a lot of [REDACTED] traffic so I walked along the inside of the safety rail there is a large bolt attached to the floor that holds the rail in place I accidentally tripped on it and I fell down onto my left knee. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
