Before the incident

At approx. [REDACTED] employee sent the Shipping Manager a text stating to come to the breakroom. Once the manager arrived in the breakroom employee stated he was hot and feeling dizzy. [REDACTED] in turn came and got me (ESS Manager) and informed about the incident. At this time the shipping manager asked the employee if he needed medical treatment and employee stated that he was good and that his wife was coming to pick him up. Employee was provided with water Gatorade and wet towels to cool off. Employee was alert and understood all commands. Walked employee out of the building and helped into personal vehicle.
