EE s supervisor [REDACTED]. Dept. Body unit A workstation LH Door. EE started work [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. Incident occurred on [REDACTED] but time could not be determined. EE has been on the job 3 years. DOH 7-22-2013 EE is not a floater. EE s height 5 11. EE has injury to back neck bilateral hands. Per EE s written statement I work on the left doors I m a fitter. Left door strike is bent down and I have to lift it up with a bot on every single car. Doors are also out ward where I have to hit them in ward with a hammer and a chisel. This is causing pain in both my hands neck and lower back. I told my supervisor for the [REDACTED] about the door it always seem to be a suppler issue. [REDACTED]-BSN 12-07-2023 [REDACTED]
