Before the incident

I was coming from the bathroom. I work at the door line. I have to cross Line 2 in order to make it to the bathroom. When I was coming back from the bathroom they had metal in the middle of the line and I was paying attention to that. I didn t see the step down to get off Line 2 and fell. I hit my left knee and rolled my right ankle. I put my right arm out to try and catch myself so I didn t hit my head. [REDACTED] BA BSN 12-07-2023 [REDACTED]
