At approx. [REDACTED] sanitation supervisor went to the hallway outside the ingredient room and was helping an employee clean the area. He was spreading chemical SF 607 Foaming. At approx. [REDACTED] his toes started tingling. At approx. [REDACTED] the tingling intensified and when he took his sock and shoe off notice that his right big toe was black. Supervisor notified Distribution Manager that he needed to get check out.
