Before the incident

Left rear door panel install x 1 week as Loaner. Loaner x 2 months. Ford EE x 8 months. My right thumb is swelling and my wrist is hurting. On this job I have to push in the door window switches with my thumbs - I have to push in with a lot of force. I also have to use my thumbs to locate a wire for the switch.
