EE states she was working in area QAK-6R helping to tear down transmissions. [REDACTED] this is not a job she normally does. [REDACTED] she was using a tool unknown name to reach in and pull out the plug from the transmission. [REDACTED] transmission is at waist level but she has the repetitive motion of turning her wrist to remove the plug. [REDACTED] pain started over the weekend felt a sharp achy pain in her left shoulder under her armpit that radiated down to her fingers. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the pain is constant and rates pain [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
