Before the incident

I m having a sharp pain in my right shoulder since [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

What happened

EE states she has been working in this department for about four weeks since the lay-off. On this job there is a mechanical lift that is suppose to lift parts out of dunnage and place it on the load table but it does not. Each part weigh about 15-20 lbs. which EE must lift manually to place on loading table. Once on loading table lift will rotate to mini line. Lift is suppose to rotate to all stations. EE states she began to experience a sharp pain to right shoulder when she went to lift a part out of dunnage. States pain has not improved. Pain depends on angle to moves arm [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Correction: Pain depends on the angle of which she moves her arm. States pain is primarily in the joint area. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
