Before the incident

I gathered all my instruments and tools. I unclamped the speaker in order to get to the bolts that need to be changed. I loosed the bolts. Then I slid the used wheel off but it has a metal part in the inside that is heavy and the wheel slipped out of both my hands as I was attempting to pull wheel off. I was trying to move my hands out of the way as the wheel was falling. My right pinky right and middle finger were smashed between the wheel and the inside of the machine. I was able to get the wheel off my finger and out of the machine then wheel on the cart. The I went and sat down. Then I started to get the new wheel for the machine. Then I continued working until i noticed my fingers looked blue. The i got a pass and came to medical. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
