I cut my arm on the part that fell from table. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

What happened

Removing [REDACTED] part from line to complete repair on table. Placed part on it s side. Alarm board went off and part fell off table causing part to cut my right forearm. Laceration to right forearm with small of bleeding noted. EE states [REDACTED] was his first back to work following the lay-off but he has done that job prior to being off . Witnessed by PC [REDACTED]. EE is right handed. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
