What happened

EE states she was pulling and pushing the purple kit and OBV part down the line and felt a sharp pain in her left shoulder. States kits were hard to push and felt like they were stuck on the line. EE states she has done this particular job for about four years and rotate positions every two hours when on the job. EE is left handed. EE states pain is from left shoulder and radiates down to left elbow. Rates pain 10-10. Pain when extending extremity. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
