Before the incident

I asked my Supervisors and the Union [REDACTED] before [REDACTED] 8-22-23 what the process was for going to Medical and said that I sprung my left wrist and nothing was said so I got off work and went to the ER. I remember picking x4 [REDACTED] weighing approx. 36-42 lbs and then getting off my machine and picking up a part that weighed 22 lbs that fell off my tote and was just working using my left wrist to drive the Hi-Riser and my wrist became sore. It was a combination of things not just one thing that caused my wrist to become sore. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
