Before the incident

Dust got in my right eye from fans blowing from in area. The smell of propane was very strong so fans were turned on. I washed and wiped eye but the [REDACTED] my eyelid is swollen and it hurts. Feels like something is in there under my upper eyelid. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

EE c-o [REDACTED] sensation. EE states fans were turned on in her work area to clear out a smell and states dust got in her right eye. EE self treated [REDACTED] and came to Medical [REDACTED]- as she states that her eye worsened. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
