The PC&L tugger driver was trying to place back on the cart a [REDACTED] [REDACTED] loaded with part in bags that had bypassed the stop and hanged out of the cart. With the assistance of another PC&L driver they lifted together the bags and placed it back. No incident discomfort or injury was reported at this time. Nothing abnormal was found with the cart or [REDACTED] assembly.
