What happened

[REDACTED] was walking and he stated he said hey behind you [REDACTED] thought that [REDACTED] (driver of forklift) heard him. As he kept walking [REDACTED] kept backing up [REDACTED] tried to get away from the forklift but it kept moving in same direction. He was hit right side of the body around the rib area head and wrist (previous injury to wrist not injured first time at FedEx). Needed to research who the person on the forklift was prior to sending report.
