What happened

Taking down a decking bar and felt a quick ZING. Felt fine the rest of the shift so didn 't report it. Pain has been on and off since then until the evening of [REDACTED] when it became unbearable. Went to ER and diagnosed with a bad meniscus strain. Do not yet know what time this occurred on the [REDACTED]. Entry of [REDACTED] is a guess. A lot of unknowns still as employee texted me the info provided [REDACTED] but is unresponsive to my texts to him thus far [REDACTED].
