What happened

Delivering two oversized skid for a basic delivery. Basic deliveries do not require a customer to be on site. The skid was too long to go on the liftgate. The driver was standing on the liftgate taking boxes off of the skid to make it lighter and more maneuverable. While taking a box off he either lost his footing or stepped off of the liftgate that was in the air and fell off of the liftgate onto the ground. He broke his fall with his left arm. He has cuts and feels pain in his left leg.
