What happened

[REDACTED] was operating the liftgate and [REDACTED] was standing on the lift gate with him. I 'm being told that [REDACTED] had his left foot hanging over the front edge of the liftgate as it was raising up. Once the liftgate got closer to the top and started to level out with the floor of the trailer [REDACTED] 's foot got caught in between the liftgate and the back of the trailer crushing the toes on his left foot.
