What happened

Employee was getting ready to take his city load out. Employee flipped the dock plate back but then realized he needed to move a box on his trailer. He stepped in his trailer moved the box and then forgot the dock plate was not in place and stepped backward. The drivers right leg fell down between the trailer and the dock. The employee at first did not feel any pair of see any injuries. As the morning has progressed the driver noticed a small cut under his right knee and his right knee area
