[REDACTED] informed me of his diagnosis on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Upon review of maintance records [REDACTED] replaced a wheel seal on [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] between [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. He also replaced the 5th wheel pins and bushings on the same unit.
