What happened

Moving a pallet that was on a small pallet and both legs of the pallet jack would not fit in the skid. Customer could not unload with a forklift since the customer woudl not move the skids to the side. Trying to pull it to the back of the trailer and felt a strain in the shoulder. Has strain has moved to the chest.
