What happened

Truck was jacked up on [REDACTED] was asked to hop in cab and turn on lights by tow truck driver. When exiting the cab the drop off was considerably higher so when stepping down started to fall backwards landed on the ground and felt a popping in knee. Left hand was still on grab handle but underestimated the drop off.
