What happened

[REDACTED] couldn 't get the trailer door up. He then came to me to ask for assistance. I grab the dock hook to open the door latch. [REDACTED] bent over to hold part of the latch open. That is when I pulled on the latch and then dock slipped from the latch and hit [REDACTED] above his left eye.
