What happened

Opening trailer door at customer dock. He bent down to put the key in the lock and while sliding the lock he found that a door panel was bent. While pushing the lock with his left hand and grabbing the handle with his right he felt a shooting pain up his right forearm. Following this event he found that his two middle fingers were very stiff and he continues to have pain up his forearm to his elbow. He cannot make a fist.
