[REDACTED] was building a deck and cut his hand on a decking beam. He was not wearing gloves during this time. Dock supervisor took him to the first aid kit for a band aid and the employee said he was fine and continued to work. He woke up [REDACTED] with pain in his hand and went to the clinic. We were notified after his visit with the doctor.
