Taste testing chicken

[REDACTED] took a bite of chicken and started choking. He attempted to dislodge the blockage himself and with fluids to no avail. We also tried the heimlich manuever with no success. Chef [REDACTED] drove him to Med Express on [REDACTED] where they determined he needed to be transported to St. Vincent Hospital for further treatment. [REDACTED] took 1 bite of chicken and began choking chicken was lodged in his throat. Chef [REDACTED] drove him to Urgent Care as [REDACTED] was still breathing and coherent. Urgent Care sent [REDACTED] by ambulance to the ER at [REDACTED] as they were unable to get it out.
