What happened
[REDACTED] was getting a soup bain out of the oven there were 2 bains in there and both were covered with plastic wrap. The plastic wrap was sticking together due the heat when [REDACTED] pulled hard enough to pull the bains apart she lost her grip and the dropped the bain on the floor spilling the soup and the hot soup splashed on her face and arm. She then slipped and fell in the soup twisting her ankle in the process.
