[REDACTED] was on saute station and as she grabbed the frying pans to add food into the pan she was unable to hold the pan because of a shocking pain in left middle finger. When she looked at her hand she noticed a small blue spot on the bottom of her middle finger on her left hand very close to the area where the palm and phalanges meet.
